Upon the completion of this ATV/UTV Safety course, participants will understand the basic safety requirements to operate an ATV/UTV unit and the importance of maintaining safe working conditions – both recreationally and on the worksite. This training course will hopefully reduce the risk of any damage to product, property, or injury occurring in the workplace.
Please note: We offer this course at our facility as demand requires. We are happy to offsite this course offsite at your location as well.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT THE CANADIAN SAFETY COUNCIL (CSC) COURSE. WE WILL MAKE NOTE HERE IF THAT COURSE EVER BECOMES AVAILABLE THROUGH TRITECH SAFETY.
This course includes a practical component where students complete a pre-use inspection checklist and then demonstrate safe operation of the equipment.
Transport Canada approved head protection is required for the practical portion of the course (i.e. helmet not a hard-hat). Full PPE is suggested.
Upon successful completion of practical components and the written exam (with a minimum score of 70%), you will receive a permanent Certificate of Completion.
