Upon the completion of this ATV/UTV Safety course, participants will understand the basic safety requirements to operate an ATV/UTV unit and the importance of maintaining safe working conditions – both recreationally and on the worksite. This training course will hopefully reduce the risk of any damage to product, property, or injury occurring in the workplace.
Please note: We offer this course at our facility as demand requires. We are happy to offsite this course offsite at your location as well.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not the Canadian Safety Council (CSC) course. We will make note here if that course ever becomes available through TriTech Safety.
Also, with the development of our new gravel equipment training yard, a more extensive practical training component is to come in Summer 2026! Stay tuned!
This course includes a practical component where students complete a pre-use inspection checklist and then demonstrate safe operation of the equipment.
Transport Canada approved head protection is required for the practical portion of the course (i.e. helmet not a hard-hat). Steel toe/work boots are also required for this training. Accommodations may be made for closed-toe shoes if the participant does not own steel toes (absolutely no sandals will be permitted). Full PPE is suggested.
Please dress for the weather, as the practical portion of this course will take place outdoors.
Upon successful completion of practical components and the written exam (with a minimum score of 70%), you will receive a permanent Certificate of Completion.

Christina did an amazing job on the first aid course. Funny and thorough, I learned more in this course than than I ever have in a first aid course. Her nursing background was helpful in explaining the why of first aid. Well done!Posted on Kurt PierogTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very good experience. Did Intermediate First Aid with Christina Petersen as my instructor and she was awesome. Very pleasant and extremely funny. Excellent technique and knowledge. Best first aid class ive done in decades. She does draw wierd though... like her bumblebee was perfectly adequate, but when she tried to draw hand it did kind of make me question how they let her out of kindergarten with those drawing skills.Posted on Anthony ChouinardTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
